A very special scene occurred at the Canadiens' practice

It's always fascinating to watch what happens on the ice since Martin St-Louis arrived behind the bench, since he does absolutely nothing ordinary for an NHL coach.

He is truly a special coach, very different from what we usually see, and that is what makes him unique.

He is truly involved in every facet of his team, even doing little things that don't go unnoticed.

We had another great example of this at the Tricolore's practice.

Martin St-Louis stayed after practice to pick up all the pucks with the coaching staff, a task that is normally done by the players and other staff members.

For those unfamiliar with hockey, especially at the higher levels, we never see this kind of scene by coaches.

It's a small gesture that seems insignificant, but it says so much about the leadership and dedication of Martin St-Louis, who wants total involvement from everyone, including himself, for the good of the team.

We love to see this kind of scene from the coach!

Imagine how much more motivating it is for a player to have total dedication from his coaches like that.
