Sidney Crosby is the undisputed leader and pillar of the Penguins for more than 15 years, no doubt about it. He already has a one-way ticket to the Hockey Hall of Fame and is still considered one of the most complete players in the league.

However, the Penguins missed the playoffs for the first time since the 2005-06 season and many are wondering if the captain should be traded while he still has some value.
