A crazy but very interesting trade rumor is circulating involving Jonathan Drouin and Joel Edmundson

First of all, it should be remembered that this is information to be taken with very large pinches, but if the whole thing turns out to materialize for real, you will have heard it here first.

A Twitter account, followed by nearly 10,000 followers, has revealed a trade rumor surrounding forward Jonathan Drouin, as well as defenseman Joel Edmundson.

Again, this is unconfirmed information, but according to this one, Drouin and Edmundson would be traded to Edmonton in an upcoming deal.

In a way, there is still a plausible part, because it is publicly known that Oilers GM Ken Holland has shown a real interest in adding a defensive defenseman to his roster, and he would have even had discussions with Kent Hughes at number 44 of the CH.

The only thing left to do is to evaluate what could be included on both sides so that the transaction is in line with the payroll of both teams.

The informer Pierre LeBrun mentioned that according to him, the price to acquire the veteran defenseman would be a first round pick.
