In a new interview, Winnipeg Jets backup goalie Eric Comrie gave major praise to the Jets fans for supporting the team in recent weeks.
The Winnipeg Jets have faced a frustrating season in 2025-26 leading to major questions about the staff and players future.
Last night, the Jets showed a glimmer of hope dominating in a 5-1 win over the Los Angeles Kings.
Along with Scheifele's dominant performance 11 other players were able to bring in a point against the Kings.
After the game, goalie Eric Comrie praised the Jets fans for their excitement and energy brought during the game.

During a recent interview, Comrie complimented the Jets fans for sticking with the team even with the lack of recent success.
A lot of fan bases would turn on their team after what we've gone through lately, but they've stayed right with us the whole time. It's been special to see that. They are the best fans in the NHL for a reason.
Comrie's comments were followed by head coach Scott Arniel who praised his team for working hard and earning the fans respect.
In a province, a community, a city like this there's a lot of blue-collar people and that's what they ask. You work, you battle, you compete, you do those things and you'll get a good response from the fans here.
Now, it will be up to Arniel, Comrie, and the Jets to continue capitalizing on this positive momentum as they look to claw themselves back into a potential Stanley Cup Playoff spot.
